The day-to-day operation of our organization is under the capable leadership of Bob Bechtold, Vice President of Operations. Mr. Bechtold brings over forty years of experience to CMI. He has served in upper management positions with giants in the industry including Harris, Emerson, Loral, and Signal Technology.
The accounting and financial aspects of the company are managed by Michelle Rasbeck. Ms. Rasbeck brings several years of administrative experience to CMI. She also provides the liaison between CMI personnel and our Human Resources Management firm.
Our Production Manager is Nettie Davenport. Ms. Davenport has a very strong and diverse background in both manufacturing and quality assurance. She works closely with Tim Rasbeck, our manager of production planning and scheduling, to ensure that our quality and delivery requirements are met.
Our Quality Assurance department is managed by Mr. Ollie Daw. Mr. Daw has over 40 years of experience as a quality inspector and manager in the aerospace industry. Mr. Daw is also an FAA Designated Air Worthiness Representative (DAR).
All programs at CMI are under the guidance and responsibility of our Manager of Program, Ms. Karen Myers. Ms. Myers has over 15 years of experience in managing manufacturing and engineering activites. She is especially adept at monitoring, tracking, and controlling all aspects of a program life cycle from award through delivery.
Our Business Development activities are the responsibility of a team comprised of Ed Arcemont, Technical Business Director, and Judy Newton, Sales Manager. Together they develop new business opportunities, respond to the needs of legacy customers, and recommend strategies to upper management to ensure consistent, controlled growth of the organization.
Working together, the CMI organization is able to provide agile manufacturing to meet diverse and constantly changing requirements. We are uniquely qualified to respond to the Quick Reaction needs of our customers as well as long term, multi-year, turn-key programs.
